1.8kW Integrated SolarEdge System with JA Solar Panels

Mr Jackson contacted us with a common modern request: to relocate part of his existing solar system to make space for a home extension. We were able to carefully remove six existing panels and reinstall them on the opposite roof using a sleek GSE roof integration kit, ensuring a clean, low-profile finish that complemented his property’s aesthetics.

To optimise system performance, we installed a brand-new SolarEdge 4000HD inverter along with voltage optimisers. This upgrade not only maintained his generation capacity but also improved efficiency and future-proofed his setup for continued savings and sustainability.

The reconfigured 1.8kW system now delivers an estimated 1,633 kWh annually, helping Mr Jackson cut carbon emissions by around 702kg per year. It’s a great example of how intelligent redesign and modern inverter technology can breathe new life into an older system.
