This domestic project in Sunderland involved the smart installation of a 4.14kW solar PV system combined with 10.36kWh of battery storage using premium components throughout. We installed 9 sleek, all-black AIKO Neostar 460W panels, a Fox ESS H1-3.7-E-G2 hybrid inverter, and a high-capacity 10.36kWh EP11 battery.

Designed to maximise solar efficiency while minimising grid reliance, this system supports a full cycle of energy generation, storage, and export. The 3.68kW inverter seamlessly manages the flow of electricity between the panels, battery, and household needs. The installation also included a Renusol roof mounting kit to ensure long-term durability and aesthetics.

For a system of this size, the MCS-estimated annual production is around 3,290kWh – enough to significantly reduce grid consumption while maintaining power during high-tariff periods thanks to battery support. Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) compatibility means the homeowner can earn from surplus electricity sent back to the grid.

All registration documentation and warranty handling were completed post-installation, ensuring a smooth and fully compliant customer experience.
